The following Terms and Conditions apply to i-azul website. i-azul reserves the rights to modify this Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. BY USING THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, Web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without i-azul’s express prior written consent.

i-azul reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms and Conditions, i-azul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

i-azul™ Mobile Marketing Services Terms of Use

The company is committed to provide the services for hire in the time stipulated in the contract.
The company is committed to make the broadcast of advertising campaigns via Bluetooth® or SMS from the time agreed until the ending time specified in the contract of service.
The company will conduct tests to verify the proper functioning of the equipment and the transmission of information in the specified location by the contractor before starting the advertising campaign.
The evidence of the good behavior will be in the presence of the contractor or any representative to verify that everything works correctly.
The information sent by the services must be approved by the contractor.
The content of the information to be used in the transmission should not have any references insulting or degrading to human beings.
The company does not sponsor  "spam" to mobile devices, under any circumstances the advertising required by the contractor may be used as advertising services spam.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES I-AZUL BE LIABLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE INFORMATION USED IN ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS IN THE  PROXIMITY MARKETING AND / OR ADVERTISING BLUETOOTH® PROGRAMS AND / OR SMS MARKETING .
The company undertakes to provide the statistics of the advertising campaign, the use of this data will be confidential between the client and the company. These data will show the percentage of accepted messages, rejected and ignored messages and the total number of users that detected on the sending information.

The company makes no analysis of the data for the advertising campaign if the services experiment disconnections by human causes such as accidental disconnection of the equipment or cuts in the electricity service where it is connected, or contingencies beyond the proper functioning.
If there are technical problems with the operation of the services, the contractor must immediately inform the company in order to correct or repair the connectivity and its configuration.
The Company does not warrant any refund of money if there have been other problems regarding the proper functioning of the services.
Under no circumstances the company is responsible for configuring the Bluetooth® on user’s mobile devices who are not aware of the activation of the same from their mobile devices.
The company will monitory from time to time the proper functioning of the services on its place of location.

The contractor is wholly responsible for the type of content, messages and information chosen to use for their advertising campaigns.
The content of advertising campaigns must accomplish with the standards of the company.

The formats of information wanted to be use by the contractor must have the same standards of i-azul's services to ensure their proper functioning.
The contractor may not use the systems as "spam" to send messages too.
The contractor must not open or configure the software for caja azul™ and SMS UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, if this is done, the company shall immediately withdraw the equipments with no warranty, no refund of money and no delivery of statistics on the campaign.
The contractor must use the services according to the terms and conditions contained on the contract.
The contractor is responsible for damage or destruction caused to the i-azul's equipments, if this happens and the systems are destroyed, the contractor must pay to the company the damage to the equipment.

i-azul's Mobile Marketing services are currently looking to the International Regulations of the MMA, until the company gets certified, i-azul is self regulated on the use of the systems and services offered by the company.
